Online Statements Terms and Conditions
By clicking the "Accept" button you are telling us that you want to receive your statements electronically in the manner set forth in Mazuma's Online Statements Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). What this means is that you'll be getting everything electronically: all legal notices or disclosures that normally accompany your mailed statement or that we would otherwise deliver to you by mail concerning your accounts or services will instead be delivered to you through Mazuma's Online Banking. To say it again: you request that Mazuma send your statement to you electronically, and you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. And then Mazuma sends your statement to you electronically.
The following are all the details – requirements and features and that sort of stuff – for using Online Statements. Be aware that we can, at any time, add to, modify, or delete any feature or requirement of Online Statements.
Enrollment
By enrolling in Online Statements, you are electing to receive your statements electronically and stop the delivery of your paper statements. Additionally, if you have not done so already, you will need to sign up for Mazuma's online banking – that's where your Online Statements will be waiting for you. You will be sent an email to inform you when your account statement, disclosures, or tax forms become available for you to view, print, or save, so make sure we're on your safe list, because that is definitely not a thing you want to find four months later in your spam folder. In addition to Online Statements, Mazuma may provide other financial and/or tax statements to you online. If Mazuma is not able to provide a statement or document electronically, or you are unable to view statements for technical reasons, Mazuma will be happy to provide you a paper copy. The most recent statement will be provided at no charge, and prior month's statements can be provided at the cost of our current statement fee. If you wish to cancel your Online Statement enrollment just let us know ten days prior to your statement print date.

Accessing your Online Statement
You will be able to access your Online Statements using a PC, laptop, tablet device, or smart phone. Load up your browser of choice, go to www.mazuma.org and login to Online Banking. Once you are in Online Banking click on the Online Statement link.
Below are the technology requirements needed for you to access Online Statements. If your current version of Adobe Acrobat is in need of updating, or if you've somehow never downloaded Adobe Acrobat at all, there will be a link available so you can download the latest version. Here's everything you need:
Fees and Charges
There are no fees or charges to access your Online Statements.
Termination of Services
You agree that we may terminate this agreement and your access to Online Statements. You or any other authorized party on your account can terminate this agreement by notifying us by phone, by email, or by writing us (See Below). If the revocation of your consent is received less than ten days before the end of your statement cycle, then the revocation may not take effect until the following statement cycle. However, termination of this agreement will not affect the rights and responsibilities of parties under this agreement. Upon revocation of Online Statements, we will resume sending paper statements to the address that is on record with Mazuma.

Updating Personal Information
It is your responsibility to let us know when you have a change of address or a change of email address so we can update our records. You can update your personal information by contacting us using one of the following methods.
